I kept saying it as orange mango yogurt cake over at Twitter instead. Hmpf!!!
Today is such a great Sunday.
The husband is all ready to make Mocktail. Mine favourite - Shirley Temple and his is actually Pina Colada but since its ingredient is soo many he chosen to do Bora Bora. And so we headed down to King Alberts' Cold Storage and started going around pushing trolley looking for our mocktail and yogurt cake ingredients.
This is how it should actually be like.
It's similar except as mentioned in the previous post, the cream didnt make it ah. Too diluted.
I suspect, its the thick cream fault. It stated thick/full cream - cant remember, but i just anyhow guess its whipped cream lor. Actually i was thisclose to buy full cream milk thinking that its full cream but Mr Enell said whipped cream so whipped cream lor :O
We had fun shopping for stuff, and of course i 'selit-kan' my snacks lah, hair mask lah, toothbrush lah, etc.. It came up close to 100bucks hor! *faint* I dont dare ask him the price as i already seen it at the cashier's display. Heh.
Finding the geraldine syrup was tough, need to really open our eyes big big at the wine/liquor/champagne/beer/tonic&gin section.
This is the first time im baking on my own. A cake somemore leh! Haha.. but for the Mr so oklah..
Nway, he was really helpful clearing the stuff for me and helping me to squeeze the juices out of the oranges and lemon, spread magarine on the baking tray and pre-heat the oven for the baking. Well, i dnt know how to use the oven - he does as he always helps the mum when she does baking. Cant thank him enuff for helping in the kitchen. Thanks, Mr Enell *muack*
After i'm done with my baking, *Boy, i love the cake as the top is crispy and the smell is so orangy nice! But i can do w/o the diluted cream lah. * Mr Enell becomes the bartender, shaking up mixture for my Shirley Temple and his Bora Bora.. It was nice and 50%close to the real thing. My shirley Temple tasted like those children red/pink cough syrup... Heh. His Bora Bora is nicer..
After we ease ourselves watching DVDs, he made a 2nd Shirley Temple for me. This time is tasted better, lesser geraldine syrup but the soda water should be more as the gassy feeling is only 70%.
He is know watching Arsenal Vs Chelsea. I want to go outside to watch too but i want be lazy on the bed and tomorrow i'm working + i havenot upload my Krabi photos just yet. Oh, i heard that my domain is getting ready for the 1st post on Thursday! Yeah!!
